Bumbo!!
Layla is getting bigger everyday! I'm getting more comfortable around her (which means I'm rougher with her) but I love her and can't wait until we can wrestle! She got a new crib and she really likes it...I do too! I like to snuggle with her in it but Mommy has to watch me like a hawk because I can crawl out.
Layla can sit up in her Bumbo now. Mommy is really excited but Layla is still getting use to it. It was the first time she had ever sat up by herself...I have a feeling she'll like it soon enough.

Playdates and Layla Laughing
Me, Mommy and Layla have been on the go this week. We went to our friends house and went to a zoo where you can feed the animals. I love to feed the animals...it tickled my hand when they gobbled it all up! Something big happened tonight too...Layla laughed for the first time! Mommy got some of it on video so everybody could see. Daddy said her best laugh was before they got the video going, but it's still great! Enjoy!
My friend Max and I tried to figure out to get this "blue car" going. We would start to go but then Mommy made us stop cause she was afraid we'd run over somebody. So we just played with the buttons..those were entertaining too.

Fun Times
Last night I was opening all my eggs and throwing what was in them across the room (I had already eaten what I liked out of them). Funny..my basket of eggs had mysteriously disappeared this morning.
Layla was being funny last night pulling her blankie on top of her head and then sucking on the side of it..I guess she was trying to tell Mommy she was hungry and her head was cold.
I love my porch! It's the best place to play. I brought out a lot of my toys today. Guess we have another "room" to clean up at the end of the day!

Spring Festivites
We have been keeping busy this Spring. Here are some pictures of Easter, going to the zoo and Layla's pictures that Mommy had done of her. Grama makes the same pound cake "The Bunny Cake"every year for Easter...it is SO yummy! (It's Mommy's favorite!)
Layla slept though the egg hunt at Grama and Poppy's house.
Daddy helped Layla hunt for eggs since she was asleep (and can't walk). I can't wait for her to be able to do things like me!
I found lots of eggs all by myself. I was a pro!
